+ Based on average rates and walking times, we are among the affordable companies in the city and do not charge for small services we consider part of our responsibility. For example, if you are locked out of your house, we'll come let you in for free! If there's something we can help you with or make your life easier, chances are, we are happy to do it!
+ We are always happy to discuss your dog's needs with you, in person, over the phone, over a cup of coffee or by email. Our goal is your dog's health and happiness and our door is always open!
+ We truly love and support the well-being of all dogs and we embrace that as part of our day to day philosophy. We want to know each dog as the individuals they are and treat them as such when we interact with them. The details matter to us!
+ We place a high value on creating a team atmosphere. We pay our walkers 15% above the industry standard and truly want them to be happy doing their jobs. By treating them as part of a healthy team, we've found they tend to stay with us longer and communicate more openly and honestly with us.
+In addition to paying our walkers a fair wage, we also hire them as employees (versus independent contractors). This means we provide them with liability and bonding insurance, unemployment insurance and worker's compensations insurance. Although this is quite a cost for our business, it allows for greater security for our walkers and ensures a higher standard of service and safety to our clients. The bottom line is not based on money but on safety and quality service.
+All employees have also passed a background check.
+All of our employees are also given extensive hands on training. Unlike other companies who give writen tests after a video is watched to asses a new walkers ability, we physically work directly with each new employee for 2-4 weeks giving them in depth hands on training before we allow them to be alone with any of our clients pets. In addition, random evaluations and observations are done continuously throughout employment to ensure our policy's and procedures are being followed.
+We specialize in small group walking!! This is such a positive experience for all the dogs we service as its very important to gain good social skills living in Chicago. Group walking helps to exercise the mind and the body of your pup and increases their social skills. Group walking, in our experience, has also helped with anxiety issues, leash reactivity, fearfulness of other dogs and over excitement and pulling on the leash when seeing other dogs. This can also help dogs gain skills to be better able to enjoy public spaces like dog parks and daycares.

+ We have NO MINIMUM walk requirements. That means, if you only need us, once every six months, that's OK, we're happy to accommodate your needs.
+ We do not have a cancelation policy per say. We just ask that you text, call or email us prior to 10a.m. the date of the scheduled service to let us know you do not need us for that day. No charge for cancelations made by 10 a.m.
However, for daycare services, a cancelation will need to be made the day prior before 6 p.m. since our daycare day starts early.
With boarding services scheduled, there is no fee for cancelation as long as the cancelation is made 2 days in advance. This policy does change though for holiday boarding. A weeks notice needs to be given for canceling a boarding service scheduled during holiday times.
